“Life is too short to be anything but happy.” These words were not just spoken by Joana D. McKeoun- she truly lived by them each and every day of her life. To be eligible for the Joana D. McKeoun Memorial Scholarship, applicants must be a graduating senior from Heritage High School, pursing an undergraduate degree full time, and have a 3.0 GPA. Dollar amounts for this scholarship will vary.
