• Applicants of the Raymond E. Venema, Jr. Memorial Scholarship Fund must plan to attend or currently enrolled at an accredited college/university, technical college, or trade school and pursue a degree in a construction-related field of study. To be eligible, applicants must: be a graduate of a high school in Clinton, Lycoming or Sullivan County; have at least a B-average; and, preference is for applicants who are currently members of a Student Chapter of the National Association of Home Builders. The chapter must have elected officers and a demonstrated program of activities. applicants who are currently members of a Student Chapter of the National Association of Home Builders.
