Students across the country are invited to enter the National Ag Day Video Essay Contest sponsored by the Agriculture Council of America. The theme changes each year but always centers on agriculture in the United States.
Scholarship Details
- First Place: $1,500
- Second Place: $1,000
- Third Place: $500
- Winning videos will be featured on the Ag Day website and played during Ag Day events in Washington, DC
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to U.S. high school students in grades 9–12 during the current academic year
- Must be a U.S. citizen attending school in the United States
- Only one video entry per student is permitted
Application Process
- Create a 2-minute (max) original video essay addressing the current year's theme
- Use only original or properly licensed music and content
- Save the video in .MP4 or .WMV format
- Download and complete the official entry form in Word or PDF format
- Visit the FILE TRANSFER page on the Ag Day website to upload your video and entry form
- Ensure submission is received by midnight CST on the deadline
