The Committee on Diversity in the Profession of the Society for Classical Studies sponsors minority undergraduate students to participate in classical studies and archaeology abroad through the Frank M. Snowden Jr. Undergraduate Scholarships. These awards are worth up to $4,500 and are specifically appropriated for Study Abroad programs.

- Current undergraduate student

- Academic excellence
- High-quality proposal for participation
Application Process

- The completed application form
- A letter of proposal outlining your Study Abroad plan
- 2 letters of recommendation from faculty or professionals
- Summary of projected Study Abroad budget
- Academic transcripts
- Submit your application and additional materials in advance of the deadline
- Ensure your recommenders have uploaded their letters by the deadline
