In my opinion, the elder population is very important. They are great guidance and in this generation. To tell us that how important it is to be grounded. Caring for them should be number 1 on Americas list of "things-to-do". and now-a-days health care for everyone is through the roof and i just feel that our elderly should be morewell taken care of.

I will apply for this scholarship, because this is a concern that will have to be dealt with in the very near future. It is projected that there will be approximately 8 million senior citizens by the year 2020. The system of health care will change and projected of more chronic diseases will be on the rise. We will have to find options and how to provide for optimal care for the vulnerable population.
