Scholarship Details
- Open to undergraduate and graduate students
- Provides financial support along with mentorship opportunities
- While not the primary consideration, financial need will be considered during the selection process
Eligibility Criteria
- Students can apply for a Mas Family Scholarship if they were born in Cuba or are of direct Cuban descent
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale
- Applicants should demonstrate leadership potential and involvement in community service activities
- Must be enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university for the upcoming academic year while pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree
Application Process
- Complete the official Mas Family Scholarship application form
- Provide proof of Cuban descent (birth documentation or family verification)
- Three completed recommendation forms are required for committee review
- Prepare and submit three completed recommendation forms
Mas Family Scholarships will accept applications from October 15th until January 31st. While not the primary consideration, financial need will be considered during the selection process.
