The KFC Foundation helps employees pursue their dreams of going to college. Apply for up to $20,000 in scholarships to attend the two- or four-year college, trade school or graduate school of your choice for the academic year.
Scholarship Details
- Available to KFC employees at participating restaurants
- Awards range from $5,000 to $20,000 based on GPA requirements
- For use in accredited trade schools, colleges, or graduate schools for Fall
Eligibility Criteria
- Must have graduated or will graduate high school by May
- Enrolling in accredited post-secondary education for Fall
- GPA of at least 2.5 for $5,000 scholarships; GPA of 3.5 for $10,000 or $20,000 scholarships
Application Process
- Apply from January-February
- Ensure application is complete and meets eligibility criteria
- Submit an essay for judging; winners selected based on essay scores
- Winners notified in late April and must accept the scholarship by the deadline
Winners must complete scholarship acceptance form by the deadline. If the acceptance form is not completed by the deadline, the scholarship will be forfeited
