NEBHE’s Tuition Break program, the New England Regional Student Program (RSP), provides significant tuition savings to residents of the six New England states when they enroll at out-of-state public colleges and universities within New England and pursue approved programs.
Scholarship Details

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a permanent resident of one of the six New England states
- Enrolled in an eligible academic program or major
- Attending a participating New England public community college or university
- Residents of states outside New England (e.g., New York, New Jersey) are not eligible
