The Oxbow Veterinary Medicine Scholarship supports veterinary students with a strong interest in small and exotic animal medicine. We support community service, animal rescue organizations and the advancement of veterinary care to ensure we leave a positive mark on the world.
Scholarship Details
- Offered annually by Oxbow Animal Health since 2005
- Supports students pursuing careers in veterinary medicine

- Scholarship funds disbursed directly to the recipient’s school in September
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently enrolled in a veterinary school
- Demonstrated interest in small and exotic animal medicine
Application Process
- Complete the online application form on Oxbow’s official website
- Submit a résumé detailing academic, extracurricular, and job history
- Provide two letters of reference from individuals familiar with academic or professional work
- Submit proof of full-time enrollment for the upcoming Fall semester
- Provide a copy of your transcript and current GPA
- Write and submit a 300-500 word essay
Oxbow’s Educational Partnership Program (EPP) is designed to support veterinary schools and their students. The EPP currently assists more than 30 veterinary schools by providing educational materials, pet food and supplies, and other educational support.
