Helen Keating Ott Scholarship is offered by the Friends of the Mansfield/ Richland County Public Library, Inc. and Richland County Foundation to graduates of Richland County High Schools or residents of Richland County pursuing graduate degrees in the area of Library and Information Science.
Scholarship Details
- Scholarship is offered through the Richland County Foundation
- Supports graduate study in library or information science
- Recipients are expected to earn a graduate degree in library or information science within five years of admission
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a Richland County student
- Must have been accepted for admission to a graduate school of library or information science
- Must plan to earn a graduate degree in library or information science within five years of the date of admission
- Must demonstrate financial need

- Create a login with the Richland County Foundation
- Complete the foundation's scholarship application
- Submit the required application information and materials through the online application system
- Allow the Richland County Foundation to review the application and match you with scholarships for which you qualify
