- Choose an eligible advanced degree program related to the utility industry or an allied field
- Apply through the WiNUP online scholarship application when applications open in early spring
- Submit the completed online application before 11:59 PM PT on May 1st
- Wait for the scholarship decision, with winners notified by June 30th
