On July 9, 2011, Brandon passed away at the age of 18 due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Applicants must be a graduating high school senior from Frankenmuth High School, Freeland High School, Hemlock High School, Nouvel Catholic Central High School, St. Charles High School, Swan Valley High School, or Valley Lutheran High School with a minimum 2.5 GPA who is pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in criminal justice and will be enrolled full-time. Dollar amounts for this scholarship will vary.
