The annual Charleston Engineers Joint Council Bill Dull memorial scholarship is awarded to a graduating High School senior from the Lowcountry, who plans to pursue an engineering or technology degree. The winner’s school will be notified and the scholarship will be awarded during the recipient’s annual senior awards night at his or her school pending schedule availability. The recipient is encouraged to use the funds for paying tuition, books or other school fees. The number of recipients and the maximum dollar amounts will vary.
