The Grand Rapids Community Foundation's GRCF Carolyn Gallmeyer Scholarship is offered to a student who is is a Kent County resident pursuing a degree at any college or university in the United States. Scholarship recipients are selected by the Grand Rapids Community Foundation (GRCF) and applicants follow the GRCF process. Financial-need is prioritized.
