Applicants of the Optum Infusion Pharmacy / Hemophilia of North Carolina Education Scholarship must be persons affected by a bleeding disorder including anyone who has been diagnosed with a bleeding disorder; is a caregiver of a child or adult affected by a bleeding disorder or has a sibling or a parent in the same household affected by a bleeding disorder.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants to this program who have been diagnosed with hemophilia A will automatically be considered for the George D. McCoy/Bleeding Disorders Foundation of North Carolina Scholarship. There is no need to submit separate applications.
