Scholarship Details

  • Scholarships are provided through the Richland County Foundation
  • The Mansfield Noon Lions Club Scholarship Fund supports students pursuing education related to visual disabilities
  • Scholarships may support college degrees, technical certifications, or specialized fields of study

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants must be Richland County students
  • Applicants must be pursuing a college degree or technical certification
  • Severely visually handicapped students may be eligible for the Mansfield Noon Lions Club Scholarship Fund
  • College juniors or seniors training to assist or educate individuals with visual handicaps are also eligible
  • Scholarship awards are based on financial need and the eligibility criteria established for each scholarship fund

Application Process

  1. Create a login with the Richland County Foundation
  2. Complete the Foundation's scholarship application with the requested information
  3. Submit the application through the Richland County Foundation's application system
  4. Allow the Foundation to match the application with scholarships for which the student meets the eligibility requirements

The Mansfield Noon Lions Club Scholarship Fund was created to provide scholarships and or educational assistance for the severely visually handicapped or junior or senior college students who are training to assist and/or educate the visually handicapped. If you qualify based on the above criteria, we encourage you to apply.
