  • The Paul S. Mills Scholarship program offers scholarships to students pursuing an undergraduate or graduate education in a financial service related field. This may include finance, accounting, insurance or risk management, actuarial sciences, and personal financial planning. Eligible applicants must: be US citizens or permanent residents; demonstrate financial need; and be a full-time or part-time graduate student or an undergraduate student who has completed the equivalent of one year of credits toward their degree. Wow, I knew Paul Mills. He went to school with my sister from kindergarten through 12th grade. I picked on my sister all through grammar school about Paul. They were very good friends and he was a good guy. I watched him play baseball many years and he was awesome! What a nice way to remember Paul.
