TheICAFS Student Training Opportunity and Project (TOP) Grant, which was first awarded in 2007, is intended to continue the Idaho Chapter's legacy of fostering the development of fish and aquatic professionals and is awarded annually to high school and college students enrolled at any school in Idaho.
