This is an awesome contest! I have been at the 2018 anniversary celebration where the winners are acknowledged by the judges. Brandon Sanderson was there!!! The winners were so appreciative. Yes, it is a big deal when you win. Oh, yes, there is also the Illustrators of the Future contest. The artist winners were also there. The whole thing was amazing...

Why is this scholarship named after the Scientology nutcase? Yeah, he was a writer, but he's responsible for one of the most corrupt religious institutions in the United States.

Is this scholarship for any college of choice or just one? Also, how long should our submission be? Is there a page or word limit?

Amazing scholarship opportunity! Had to cut down my story down to fit the 17,000 word count maximum but otherwise I am super excited for this!
