Scholarships will be awarded to students from southern New Jersey who will be matriculating in an accredited, post-secondary school and pursuing a course of study related to real estate and the construction industry. Applicants must live in or attend school in Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, or Salem counties.
Studies may be undertaken in a qualified trade school program, as well as junior and four-year college university programs. Students enrolled in programs part-time are also eligible. The fields of real estate development and construction include the following: Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Heating Technology; Electrician Training, Masonry, Carpentry, Construction Materials Handling, Job-Site Supervision, Construction Planning, Surveying, Construction Information Management, Construction Business Management, Construction Management or Technology.
