  • Scholarship Description
  • The PreJax Foundation awards scholarships to students who either have been definitively diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) or have a parent with MS. Scholarships are awarded based on an applicant's academic excellence, school activities, leadership, and community service.

    Eligibility:
    -Must be a current high school senior, high school graduate, or current undergraduate students planning to, or currently enrolled in an accredited, post-secondary school and working towards a first-time degree
    -Must be a United States citizen or a legal resident of one of the US territories
    -Must enroll in at least 12 credit hours per semester towards a first-time degree, certificate, or license.

    Applicants must write a 500-word essay explaining how MS has impacted their, or their parents' lives.
