  • Scholarship Description
  • Timothy L. Taschwer was named the first President/CEO of the TKE Educational Foundation, serving from 1996 to 2005. He guided the TKE Leadership Academy program during the same period. This Knight of Apollo also served as Chapter Consultant and Vice President for Development for TKE. Initiated into Epsilon-Nu Chapter at the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point, he earned a degree in natural resources and economics. He served as a Province Officer at the international level, and as a Board of Advisor Chairman and Alumni Association Founder and President at the local level.

    All of the TKE Educational Foundation leadership and scholarship awards are for the benefit of active members of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity.

    This scholarship is awarded in recognition of academic achievement, with a cumulative grade point average of 2.75 or higher and recognizes outstanding leadership within the chapter, having served as a chapter officer or committee chairman. The applicant must be pursuing an undergraduate degree in natural resources, environmental sciences, earth sciences, biology or any of the pure sciences (geology, physics, chemistry, etc.).
