  • Scholarship Description
  • The New Jersey City University Business Honors Program in Finance is a challenging program for highly-prepared incoming freshman who seek to pursue finance related careers.

    Selected recipients will receive:
    -Four-year full-tuition scholarships
    -A free laptop computer
    -Study abroad experiences
    -Workplace internships
    -Personalized advisement from expert faculty

    In order to be considered for acceptance into the Honors Program in finance, applicants must have at least a 3.5 GPA and must have scored at least 1200 on their SAT examination with minimum critical reading and math scores of 550.

    Students must apply online and provide two letters of recommendation accompanying their application. Once admitted, students must maintain a minimum 3.3 GPA in order to maintain eligibility for the program.
