  • South Coast Water District awards scholarships to college-bound high school seniors who live in the District's service area in coastal south Orange County, California. College-bound high-school seniors who live in the South Coast Water District service area which includes the communities of Dana Point, Capistrano Beach, Monarch Beach, South Laguna (south of Nyes Place), areas of north San Clemente and areas of north San Juan Capistrano are eligible to apply. Students may call the District if they need to check that they live in our service area. Students must be able to demonstrate their involvement in public service, community service, volunteer work and/or environmental activities.
