The CBC Spouses Performing Arts Scholarship is for full-time Black scholars pursuing a degree in performing arts including, but not limited to, drama, music, dance, opera, marching bands, and other musical ensembles.

- Created to support students pursuing undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral degrees in performing arts

Eligibility Criteria
- Black or African American
- U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident
- High school senior or enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university
- Minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale
- Be pursuing a degree in performing arts
Application Process
- Complete the online application by the deadline.
- Submit a video personal statement (maximum 3 minutes).
- Upload a video sample of your work (maximum 2 minutes) on the YouTube platform.
- Provide two letters of recommendation.
- Upload official transcripts directly into the Academic Works application portal.
- Submit a resume detailing work experience, extracurricular activities, honors, community service, and special skills.
- Upload a recent professional-quality photograph suitable for publication.
