Applicants must be female engineering students currently enrolled as a sophomore (unless otherwise defined by the university where the applicant will attend, she shall have earned at least 30, but not more than 60, credit hours at the conclusion of the current semester) at one of the following colleges or universities:
Illinois Central College, Peoria, Kaskaskia Community College, Centralia, Rend Lake Community College, Ina, Bradley University, Peoria, Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville, University of Illinois, Urbana/Champaign
The scholarship is contingent upon recipient's enrollment and acceptance in an engineering program accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) at one of the following universities:
Bradley University, Peoria, Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville, University of Illinois, Urbana/Champaign, University of Illinois, Chicago
