Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a graduating high school senior in Washington State (GED accepted)
- Must plan to attend an accredited U.S. college or university
- Must intend to major in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Safety

- Must demonstrate financial need
- Must not already hold a degree from a 2- or 4-year college
