Adobe’s Learning Fund covers up to $10,000 per year for undergraduate, graduate, PhD and MBA degree programs, as well as certain certifications, through accredited institutions.
Scholarship Details

Eligibility Criteria
- Regular Adobe employee in good performance standing
- Includes eligible part-time employees meeting benefit hour requirements
- Must be employed by Adobe when the course begins and ends
- Interns and Adobe-paid temporary employees are not eligible unless legally required
- Course must be completed with a grade of C or better or a passing grade
- Certification exams must be successfully passed to qualify for reimbursement
Application Process
- Confirm the learning opportunity is eligible for reimbursement
- Verify the institution is accredited for degree or graduate programs
- Discuss coursework with your manager and obtain approval
- Submit a pre-approval request in My Adobe Reimbursements before registering
- Register for and complete the approved course
- After completion, submit a reimbursement claim with receipts and final grades
You’ll receive reimbursement for the cost of tuition, course fees, certification fees and required books specific to your approved course work. You may request reimbursement of the learning opportunity once you have completed the course with a grade of C or better or P (if pass/fail), successful completion or the local country equivalent. You must successfully pass the certification exam to be reimbursed. Adobe will pay 100% of these costs up to the maximum benefit allowed, less appropriate taxes as applicable.
