This scholarship is in memory of Andie Mae G. Carpenter, our daughter and best friend. Application deadlines are December 31st and June 30th each year and will be awarded provided we have enough funds raised by our organization. Applicants will hear within two weeks of the deadline if they are awarded the scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must provide written documentation of the VEDS diagnosis, including the applicant's name, date of birth, and the medical professional's contact information
- Must be a resident of the United States
- Must provide proof of enrollment if selected for the scholarship

- Obtain written documentation of your diagnosis

- Wait to be notified of the scholarship decision within two weeks of the application deadline
Andie passed away unexpectedly at age 20 from complications from VEDS. Andie was almost done with her degree in Radiological Technologies. Andie was a great student and when she was looking for scholarships we were surprised that none existed for people with rare diseases such as VEDS.
