Scholarship Details
- Individual scholarship awards range from $600 to $1,500
- One recipient receives a two-year scholarship valued at $6,000
- Scholarship funds are deposited directly into the recipient's student financial aid account at their educational institution
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be accepted into an accredited graduate-level program in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, or audiology
- Eligible programs must be accredited by the appropriate professional accrediting authority
- Students enrolled in assistant-level or undergraduate programs are not eligible
- Selection is based on financial need, commitment to the local community, character demonstrating compassion and integrity, and career objectives
Application Process
- Complete the online scholarship application between February 1st and April 1st
- Provide all required personal and academic information in the application
- Upload your FAFSA Submission Summary
- Submit proof of enrollment in an accredited graduate program that meets the scholarship requirements
- Upload a one-page personal statement describing your goals and qualifications
