Eligibility Criteria
- Must be 18 years old or younger as of May 3rd
- Must not be enrolled as a college student
- Open to all eligible students regardless of school type
- Must work with an adult editor (typically a parent or guardian)
Application Process
- Research a historical event involving the fight for freedom.
- Write an original essay addressing the required prompts.
- Work with an adult editor to review and refine your essay.
- Submit the completed essay by May 3rd.
- The use of Artificial Intelligence sources is prohibited. Essays written with the help of AI will be disqualified.
