The Mega Bank Scholarship Program offers five $1,000 scholarships available for high school seniors planning to attend college as a full-time, degree-seeking student in the Fall. Mega Bank is committed to supporting youth residing in its business service territories to fulfill their dreams of obtaining a higher education. Applicants must be planning to attend a California college as full-time, degree-seeking students in the fall.
Scholarship Details
- Five scholarships available
- Each scholarship is valued at $1,000
- Open to high school seniors
- Applicable to accredited 4-year colleges/universities and community colleges
Eligibility Criteria
- High school seniors residing in Los Angeles County and Orange County, California
- Must plan to attend a U.S. Accredited 4-Year College/University or a Community College in California
- Minimum cumulative unweighted high school GPA of 3.0 required
- Household income at or below the Low-Income Level (tax return required for verification)
- Open to students of all majors
- No ethnicity requirement
- Employees of Mega Bank and their immediate family members are not eligible to apply
Application Process

- Submit the Recommender Form
- Provide your High School Transcript
Applicants only have to fill out the common application once to apply to all scholarship programs they are eligible for. The scholarship awards will only be used to cover the cost of tuition for attending a college/university, as defined by the institution attended.
