This $5,000-$15,000 renewable scholarship is available to students from the Pacific Rim states of California, Oregon, Washington, Alaska and Hawaii; preference will be given to students of Japanese or other Asian ancestry, including multi-ethnic Asians.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a resident of a Pacific Rim state: California, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, or Hawaii
- Must be pursuing an undergraduate, graduate, or vocational/trade program
- Preference given to applicants of Japanese or other Asian ancestry, including multi-ethnic Asians
Application Process
- Visit the Seattle Foundation’s scholarship portal to review application options
- Select the appropriate application program based on your degree type (undergraduate, graduate, or vocational/trade)
- Complete the online application, including personal and academic information
- Submit any required documents, such as transcripts and letters of recommendation
- Submit your completed application by March 15th
