Eligibility Criteria
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Parental or guardian consent may be required if under 18
- Must be enrolled in a vocational, undergraduate, or graduate program related to audiovisual or creative fields
- Must demonstrate interest in an AV career through coursework, work, or extracurricular activities
- Applicants may apply for only one AVIXA Foundation scholarship

This scholarship honors the legacy of Michael Vergauwen, late COO of AVI Systems (FORTÉ) and long-time AVIXA board member.
