The Beatrice F. Kroesche Memorial Scholarship is awarded to single parents who are enrolled in either the College of Education or the Department of English at the University of Utah. The selected student shall be in good standing within their area of study, carry a minimum of 12 hours of study and maintain a 3.0 GPA or better. The scholarship may be awarded to an incoming freshman; provided they have been accepted in the appropriate department and their high school credentials meet the required GPA minimum.
