We are delighted to offer assistance to one or more selected North Carolina applicants in the coming school year who have chosen life for their child and now face the demanding task of balancing the responsibilities of parenthood with their pursuit for higher academic achievement. Applicants must meet the following requirements in order to be considered for award: Be accepted to or have confirmed attendance to a North Carolina University or Community College; Have one or more dependents declared on your Student Aid Report (SAR) / FAFSA.
The following documents must be included with each application: Legal proof of identity (example: copy of valid U.S. driver's license or U.S. passport); Copy of Your Student Aid Report (SAR) acknowledgement letter, which summarizes the information you submitted on your FAFSA for the coming school year; Proof of Enrollment to a North Carolina, accredited, 4-year University or Community College (example: your acceptance letter for the coming year or an official letter for the office of the registrar that confirms enrollment).
