The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Midlands offers a scholarship program for current active seniors and alumni that plan to attend an accredited 2- or 4-year college, university, vocational training or nursing school.
Scholarship Details
- Sponsored by Boys & Girls Clubs of the Midlands
- Scholarship awards may total up to $10,000 per year
- Some scholarships are renewable for up to four years
- Supports education at accredited two- and four-year colleges, universities, vocational training programs, and nursing schools
- Selection considers Club membership and participation, financial need, leadership, and community service
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a current active senior or alumnus of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Midlands
- Must plan to attend an accredited two- or four-year college or university, vocational training program, or nursing school
- Must meet the requirements of the individual BGCM scholarship opportunities for which the applicant is considered
Application Process
- Complete the online BGCM scholarship application through Civicore
- Provide information about your Boys & Girls Club membership and participation
- Submit all required academic, financial, leadership, and community service information
- Upload any supporting documentation required by the scholarship program
- Submit the completed application by February 27th
The CLUB is a space within Boys & Girls Clubs created especially for teens, apart from the younger kids. Boys & Girls Clubs of the Midlands has nine dedicated teen centers. Club memberships are FREE for teens!
