The Call to Action Scholarship Program offers eligible students unparalleled assistance so they can achieve their academic goals. The need-based scholarship funds the full cost of attendance at eligible universities and colleges in Utah, Colorado, Idaho and Iowa. In addition to financial aid, Scholars receive access to mentorship, academic counseling, leadership development, and personal and professional support.
Scholarship Details
- Funds the full cost of attendance up to $25,000 annually for four years
- Available at non-profit, public universities and colleges in Utah, Idaho, Iowa, and Colorado

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduating high school senior and resident of Utah, Idaho, Iowa, or Colorado
- Minimum 3.0 high school GPA
- Filed a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
- Aim to earn a bachelor’s within four years or an associate’s within two years
Application Process
- Verify you meet all eligibility criteria including residency and GPA requirements
- Complete and submit the Call to Action Scholarship application by May 6th, 5:00 pm MT
- Maintain engagement with the program through academic and personal development activities
This program is open to current high school seniors with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA who are residents of Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, or Utah and plan to enroll full-time at a public college/university in the coming fall. Applicants will be evaluated based on academic achievements and records, community involvement, volunteerism, financial need, essay content and a recommendation.
