The Christopher Goughnour scholarship will help a student in Fairfax County, Virginia, attend college (2 or 4 year), technical school, or an apprenticeship program in healthcare. We intend to award this scholarship to a graduate from an underserved community. Applicants must be a resident of Fairfax County, Virginia.
Applicants must submit: (1) proof of acceptance to college, technical school, or an apprenticeship program in healthcare; (2) a 500-word or less essay describing the challenges you have overcome and the actions you have taken to move forward with your dream of a healthcare career; and (3) any additional information that highlights a commitment to a healthcare career.
