Clarity Credit Union is pleased to offer the Mary M. Jones Memorial Scholarship as an opportunity for students pursuing higher education. Clarity Credit Union’s scholarship will be awarded to a member with plans to pursue higher education in the qualifying semester terms outlined in the application.

- One scholarship awarded
- Award amount: $2,500
- Applicable to the approaching academic year
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a Clarity Credit Union member (primary shareholder)
- Must plan to attend an accredited postsecondary institution in the United States
- Returning applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
Application Process
- Complete the scholarship application form.
- Provide a letter of acceptance from your intended school.
- Submit two letters of recommendation from non-family members.
- Complete an essay or video submission based on provided topics.
- Ensure credit union membership (primary shareholder status).
- Submit all materials by May 29th.
This scholarship was established to honor Mary M. Jones, who was a visionary board member, a faithful supporter and long-time member of Clarity Credit Union. She served on the Clarity Credit Union Board of Directors. Mary exemplified the true credit union spirit of “people helping people.” We would like to honor the life of Mary M. Jones and celebrate her commitment to service on behalf of Clarity Credit Union and its members.
