Scholarship Description

The Clark Atlanta University Office of Student Financial Aid is committed to assisting students and their family with finding funding sources to help with financing their CAU education. Whether you are a prospective applicant, returning student, graduate student, or summer school student, the office will provide information about the types of available financial aid, how to apply for aid, how to keep your aid and ways to manage your finances throughout the CAU educational experience. Clark Atlanta University offers numerous scholarships.

Georgia's HOPE Scholarship is available to Georgia residents who have demonstrated academic achievement. The scholarship provides money to assist students with their educational costs of attending a HOPE eligible postsecondary institution located in Georgia, such as Clark Atlanta University. Requirements will vary, but applicants must: have a 3.0 GPA (whether as a high school senior or a homeschooled student); be a US citizen or eligible non-citizen; be registered with Selective Service, if required; not be in default or owe a refund due on a student financial aid program; and be in compliance with the Georgia Drug-Free Postsecondary Education Act of 1990. The number of awards will vary, and the application deadline will depend on which term is being applied for.
