Scholarship Details
- Established by CLARK Material Handling Company in Lexington, Kentucky
- Award amount is $1,000 per year
- Renewable for up to four consecutive years of undergraduate study

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a graduating high school senior attending a public high school in Fayette County or Central High School in Louisville
- Immediate family members of CLARK employees residing in Kentucky may also apply
- Must be a resident of Kentucky
- Must plan to attend a four-year college or university
- Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
- Must demonstrate community involvement
- Must show financial need
- Preference is given to first-generation college students
