Scholarship Description

A particular area of interest to our legal team is eradication of the multitude of issues that students face on university campuses across the United States. Whether it is hazing, bullying, Title IX issues, or sexual assault, the attorneys at Goldstein and Bashner are committed to the fight against these wrongs. We are asking students to write about how he or she will raise public awareness about combating issues they have experienced on campus and how he or she would create an environment in which survivors feel emboldened and justified in telling their personal stories.

The Combating Campus Issues Scholarship is open to all students currently enrolled in an accredited community college, junior college, undergraduate or graduate institution within the United States (high school school graduates on the verge of beginning their college studies and existing GED holders, will also be considered for the award). Students should hold a GPA of no less than a 3.0 on an overall scale of 4.0. The strongest candidates for this scholarship are those who can skillfully articulate their personal understanding of the problems on college campuses.
