Scholarship Description

The Contra Costa Association of Realtors Scholarship Foundation awards scholarships to help local students pursue their educational goals. Scholarships of up to $10,000 are available to qualified students residing in Contra Costa County who demonstrate academic achievement and commitment to continued education.

Scholarship Details

  • Scholarship awards of up to $10,000
  • Offered by the Contra Costa Association of Realtors Scholarship Foundation
  • Available to high school seniors, trade school students, undergraduate students, and graduate students
  • Applicants must attend a scholarship luncheon in June if selected

Eligibility Criteria

  • Resident of Contra Costa County, California
  • United States citizen
  • Enrolled full time or accepted to a full-time educational program by Fall
  • High school seniors must have a minimum GPA of 3.5

Application Process

  1. Complete the scholarship application during the January 1 to March 31st application window
  2. Submit an official transcript showing current enrollment or acceptance to a full-time program
  3. Provide at least three letters of recommendation, including a minimum of two from instructors
  4. Write and submit a personal essay outlining your reasons for continuing education and your career and leadership goals
  5. Upload a summary of accomplishments, awards, work history, and volunteer experience

The Contra Costa Association of Realtors® Scholarship Foundation provides college scholarship grants to qualifying students. Our commitment to support higher education is the heart of the Foundation's desire to make a difference! In the last five years alone, the Foundation has awarded nearly $300,000 in college grants to outstanding students who reside in Contra Costa County.
