Eligibility Criteria
- Must be female with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Must be enrolled at an Inland Empire community college or university
- Must intend to pursue a career in a qualified commercial real estate field
- Must demonstrate academic excellence and financial need
Application Process
- Verify eligibility based on GPA, enrollment, and career intent
- Complete the official scholarship application form
- Prepare supporting documents, including transcripts and financial need information
- Submit application and required materials by the posted deadline
- Await notification and, if selected, engage in mentoring and networking activities with CREW Inland Empire
One of the goals of CREW Inland Empire is to create opportunities for women to pursue commercial real estate careers by providing scholarships and mentoring support to women interested in pursuing a career in commercial real estate. To this end, we have created a separate foundation, CREW Inland Empire Foundation, to raise funds to be distributed for local and national scholarships for students pursuing a career in commercial real estate.
