Eligibility Criteria
- Must be accepted for enrollment or currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
- Must be a graduate of a public or private high school in Choctaw County, Oklahoma
- Preference given to graduates of Fort Towson high schools
- Applicants planning to study architecture, art, or forestry may receive special consideration
