Scholarship Details
- Scholarship amounts range from $1,000 to $5,000
- Funds may be used toward certification fees, direct academic tuition, or needs-based expenses

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be U.S. citizens
- Students from medically-underserved or rural areas are strongly encouraged to apply
- Candidates should be in good academic standing and show a commitment to staying in the laboratory profession
- Must fit into one of the following categories:
- Current high school student starting in a NAACLS-accredited program in Phlebotomy (PBT), Medical Laboratory Assistant (MLA), Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT), Medical Laboratory Science (MLS), or Histotechnology (HTL) by September 1st
- Current laboratory science student in a NAACLS-accredited program
- Active student in a non-laboratory science field but starting in a NAACLS-accredited program by September 1st
- Working professional (not an active student) starting in a NAACLS-accredited program by September 1st

- Submit academic or professional reference letters vouching for your commitment to the laboratory profession
- Provide proof of acceptance or enrollment in a qualifying NAACLS-accredited program
- Submit a personal statement outlining your career goals and commitment to serving medically-underserved communities
