The Dr. Brian D. Kubczak Memorial Scholarship was established in honor of of a prominent chiropractor. Applicants for The Dr. Brian D. Kubczak Memorial Scholarship must be a Heritage High School senior with a cumulative GPA from 3.0 to 3.5 and must be pursuing an undergraduate degree full-time in the coming fall. There is no specific amount, as dollar amounts for this scholarship will vary.
