Farm and Ranch Depot announces the Farm and Ranch Depot Scholarship Award Program. Under the Program, one (1) $1000 scholarship will be awarded to a high school senior who has been accepted to and enrolled in either a two-year or four-year college or university. This scholarship is intended for students that intend to major in agricultural, equine, or livestock related studies.
Scholarship Details
- One $1,000 scholarship will be awarded.
- Students must plan to major in agriculture, equine, or livestock-related studies.
- Scholarship funds will be paid directly to the recipient's college or university.
- Payments will be issued after the college receives a certificate of enrollment that includes the student's ID number and the Financial Aid Office address.
- Applications must be received by May 1st.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must intend to major in agriculture, equine, or livestock-related coursework.
- Should have a record of volunteerism in non-school-sponsored community activities.
- Should participate in extracurricular school activities.
- Must obtain an endorsement from a guidance counselor confirming qualification for the scholarship program.
Application Process
- Complete the Farm and Ranch Depot Scholarship application.
- Obtain an endorsement from your guidance counselor.
- Submit the completed application so it is received by Farm and Ranch Depot no later than May 1st.
- If selected, provide a certificate of enrollment that includes your student ID number and your college's Financial Aid Office address.
- The scholarship funds will be sent directly to your college or university in August.
- The scholarship recipient will be selected by the Farm and Ranch Depot Scholarship Committee and announced by June 1st.
The selected recipient must provide a certificate of enrollment for the fall semester, including the student ID number and the financial aid office address. Scholarship funds will be paid during the month of August 2027—directly to the college, not the student.
