The Forging Foundation awards scholarships each year to university students interested in careers in the forging supply chain. First consideration is given to applicants with a connection to the forging industry. Applications open January 14th and are due April 14th. Recipients are announced in June.
Scholarship Details
- Multiple scholarships available through the Forging Foundation

- Open to undergraduate and graduate students, with some opportunities for high school seniors
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be pursuing a degree related to the forging industry, such as engineering, materials science, or business
- Must meet GPA requirements (typically 2.75 or higher, depending on the scholarship)
- Must be a citizen of the United States, Canada, or Mexico
- Some scholarships require enrollment at specific academic levels or institutions
- Preference given to applicants with ties to the forging industry
